2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

2.1 User Information

• Contact information
• Photos or videos you voluntarily upload

Purpose: Used for feature display, editing functions, and user-requested operations.

2.2 Device Information

• Android_ID, OAID
• Device model, hardware serial number, firmware version
• Camera permission, microphone permission
• Sensor data (gyroscope, accelerometer)

Purpose: To determine device status, calculate device orientation, control shooting direction and UI orientation, and ensure normal operation of gimbal and shooting features.

2.3 Network Information

• MAC address
• Wi-Fi SSID / BSSID
• IP address

Purpose: Network connection, device identification, and service stability.

2.4 Location Information (Limited Use)

Location permission is requested only when searching for nearby Bluetooth devices. We do not perform continuous or background location tracking.

2.5 Images and Videos

Photos and videos captured or imported within the APP are stored only on your local device and are used for viewing, editing, shooting, and exporting. They are not uploaded to our servers.

2.6 Audio and Video Recordings

Audio and video files generated during recording are saved locally on your mobile device.

2.7 Usage Data

Including application logs, crash reports, and page access records, used for product optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.

We may use cookies, log files, and mobile analytics technologies to collect anonymous usage data to improve user experience. You may manage or disable these permissions through your system settings.

5. Facial Data and Face Tracking Feature (Important)

5.1 Collection of Facial Data

This application does not collect, store, or upload any facial data that can identify an individual.

5.2 Processing of Facial Data

When the face tracking feature is enabled, the application processes temporary facial feature information locally on the device in real time, such as:

• Face position
• Face contour
• Face movement direction

This information does not include names, photos, facial templates, or biometric identifiers, and is not used for identity recognition.

5.3 Purpose of Facial Data

• Detecting whether a face is present in the frame
• Determining face position and movement direction
• Automatically controlling the device or camera to follow the face

All processing is real-time and temporary, and is not used for advertising, analytics, user profiling, identity verification, or any other purpose.

5.4 Sharing and Storage of Facial Data

Facial data is not shared with any third parties, not uploaded to servers, and not processed or stored in the cloud.

5.5 Retention of Facial Data

The application does not retain facial data. All related data exists only temporarily in memory and is immediately deleted when:

• The face tracking feature is disabled
• The application enters the background
• The application is closed
